Absolutely! Look for the "BritPaws Approved" tag. These use stain-resistant fabrics (tested by Bella, our founder's spaniel!).

Q: Can I customize shed sizes?

Yes! Email contact@britlivingpools.co.uk with dimensions. Standard lead time: 3-5 weeks (+£150 fee).

Q: How long until I receive my order?

  • Processing: 1-2 business days

  • Shipping: 2-4 business days (UK mainland)
    Large items (pools/sheds): 3-7 days via specialist courier.

Q: Do you ship to Scotland/Northern Ireland?

Yes! Free shipping over £50 applies, but add 1-2 days transit. Highlands/Islands: flat £9.99 fee.

Q: Can I track my delivery?
